甘香凤凰添喜庆Kam Heong Chicken Chop

材料
鸡扒2片 (轻刮两刀)、
Nyolike甘香酱 1包、
大蒜2顆( 切片)、
指天椒3條(切粒)、
姜片1块(切片)、
青蒜1棵(切斜片)、
椰浆200毫升

做法
1.热锅爆香姜片,放入鸡扒,皮向下煎至金黄色或7分熟,即可取出鸡肉备用。
2.同一个锅子加入蒜片炒片刻,加入Nyolike甘香酱拌炒均匀,倒入椰浆煮至滚。
3.将煎好的鸡扒切粗条状,加入锅里盖上焖煮1分钟。
4.加入青蒜和指天辣粒,快速兜炒即可起锅。

Ingredients
2 chicken chop (scrape with khife),
1 Nyolike Kam Heong Sauce,
2 clove garlic (slices),
3 chilli padi (chopped),
1 ginger (slices),
1 chives(slices),
200ml coconut milk

Method
1. Heat oil in wok, sauté ginger till fragrant, add in chicken chop, skin facing down and fry for 7 minutes or till almost cook, remove the chicken from wok for later use.
2. Use the same wok, add in garlic and stir well. Toss in Nyolike Kam Heong sauce and mix well, pour in coconut milk, bring to a boil.
3. Slice chicken chop and add into wok, cover the lid and simmer for 1 minute.
4. Add in chives and chopped chilli padi, have a quick stir to combine , ready to serve.
